One of our favorite restaurants on the island is @uncle_bos and it’s located at Haleiwa Store Lots! what we ordered at Uncle Bo’s: 🥖 Boca-Rota: our favorite appetizer!! Sometimes we get a double order of this. 🤤 It includes prime rib strips sautéed with mushrooms in chili aioli + garlic cheesy-bread 🍝 Chicken Pesto: sautéed in garlic, pesto cream sauce over fettucine 🍝 Chicken Alfredo: with mushrooms, parmesan and creamy sauce over fettuccine 🍔 Kalua Pig Slider: with pineapple BBQ sauce on a toasted sweet taro bun with cilantro & cabbage 🍤 Garlic Shrimp: server with shell on, wok-fried with garlic butter over mixed greens & white rice 🍦 Hobo’s: baskets of warm taro beignets (6pc) served with one scoop of vanilla ice cream + Frangelico American Honey sauce — SO GOOD! 🤩
