Morning smoothie using fresh, local pitaya (dragon fruit) from @foodlandhi
This is the first time we used pitaya to make a smoothie. Usually we just eat it or make a pitaya bowl. It was delicious! Here is the full recipe:
1 pitaya/dragon fruit
1 cup frozen mango
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
2 tablespoons lime juice
2-4 ice cubes depending on how thick you want it!
