How To: Streusel Topping 🧁 The only way I make muffins is with this delicious, sweet crunchy topping! Today, I made Reid’s favorite - Blueberry Streusel Muffins. Here’s the recipe: STREUSEL TOPPING • ½ cup all-purpose flour • ¼ brown sugar • ½ tsp cinnamon • pinch tsp salt • 4-5 tbsp cold unsalted butter BLUEBERRY MUFFINS • ½ cup softened butter • 1 ¼ cups sugar • 2 eggs @eggs_hawaii @foodlandhi • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cups flour • ½ tsp salt • 2 tsp baking powder • ½ cup milk • 2 cups blueberries, washed, drained and picked over • 3 tsp sugar This recipe came make a dozen muffins.
