Live everyday like it's Taco Tuesday! 🌮 #EatLocalToday
We have been craving Mexican food from our favorite restaurant but didn't want to make the drive out. Since we had all of the local ingredients from @foodlandhi, we decided to make a taco bar at home. With toppings such as shredded lettuce, cheese, onions, tomatoes, and cabbage. For fillings, we had black beans, chic peas, chicken, and ground beef - we like a good mix of meat and veggies. Reid also made his first guacamole dip and it was delicious! We ate all of the tacos and tortillas but still had leftovers toppings. With the leftovers, we plan on throwing everything together to make some nachos.
