While I’ve only had laksa in Singapore - I went with long time foodies and they mentioned that this is the best laksa on the island and I couldn’t agree more! 🍜 The cafe is owned by husband and wife, Ernest and Jeanne. They are both from Singapore and first time cafe owners - we loved hearing their story of how things came about! To them, anything is possible - A cafe serving up laksa, why not! 🥐 Check out their October special this month - pumpkin spice croissant! Do not leave without tasting it. It’s crispy on the outside with pumpkin filling on the inside - it’s incredibly delicious! 🌈☕️ They are also celebrating Honolulu Pride month with rainbow lattes! I had the matcha cocoa latte and it was yummy. Perfect pair with the croissants! Part of their proceeds from the rainbow lattes will go towards Hawaii Health & Harm Reduction Centre. 🐶 Cafe kopi is a very pet friendly cafe.
