Compared to Hawaiian shave ice, the texture of “Bingsu” is less powdery or snow-like and more like thinly shaved sheets or flakes of ice. At @jejubingdessertcafe, they offer a variety of Bingsu flavors such as: injeolmi (Korean rice cake/flour), strawberry, mango, honey dew, watermelon, pineapple, taro, green tea, black sesame, oreo, and tiramisu.
