The Rise of Short Video Content for Photographers

Are you guilty of falling into photo trends?! I am 🙋🏻‍♀️Though I try very hard to stay consistent so my couples know exactly what to expect from me and their #weddingpictures, everyone once in a while I get a little photo-moody (creative?) and try new things. HOWEVER I don’t think short video content is going away anytime soon. Even @netflix has a quick laughs section on their app that’s basically Tiktok. Do with it what you will: show off your work, be hilarious, create satire, whatever floats your boat but get on it because our prospective clients are showing us that reels/Tiktok type videos are how they like to consume content, YOUR PHOTO CONTENT is NOT excluded. How are you handling the “need” to create short form video content to be relevant? Do you think you ACTUALLY need to create it at all? Or can you survive this new content trend?
