The Importance of Compatibility in Wedding Planning

Reposting because, despite my cringe at this song and the cursing and my terrible lip syncing, I learned something related at @engagesummits from @falloncarterevents. “If it’s not a ‘hell yes!’ then it’s a hard no!” Why? Because this job DOES take hours, as well as so much emotional energy over the course of a year or two for every wedding client. If you’re not leaping for joy over the initial connection, or worse, you see red flags 🚩, imagine how that’ll play out over the next year. And this goes for couples choosing their vendors too! Go with your gut on who you choose, and choose people that you can imagine spending a ton of time with not only on the most special day of your life, but also the year beforehand, and in a photographer’s case a few months afterwards as well. Peace is priceless. ☺️ - Have you ever said “hell yes” to a business connection that should’ve been a “hard no”? Tell me about it in the comments! -
