Sticking to Contracts in 2020

How often did you break your reschedule contract clause last year (or have your vendors break that for you)? IMO Contracts are only as good as the person enforcing or showing mercy on them. This past year I chose mercy since, thank God, I was financially able to, despite what my contract said. Aside from the crazy circumstances of 2020, what contract items do you typically stick to and what ones do you let slide? . .
