Silhouette Sunset Photography

Task: Find good light. Stay there. When I teach posing, I talk about finding good light and making the most of that area. Especially on a wedding day, it’s crucial to get a lot of different photo options out of one spot. A bride’s gown is bulky, it can be hard to move in, and there isn’t always time to be walking from place to place. This silhouette photo is a different take on what happened to be a beautiful sunset. The unique architectural elements give an added layer of drama that I loved in both the light and bright and silhouette versions. Want to see the other version?
