Real Talk From a Parent During Uncertain Times

—- check out my stories for an important message —- I wanted to write something inspirational, powerful or just plain let it all out. I came up with nothing good so I’m just going to go with the truth. About 10% of our household income has been cancelled or postponed so far. No one I know is sick, but someone at the hospital down the street from me has died from the 🦠(and was a smoker with emphysema). I’ve been seeing photos of empty food stores and as a mom my primal instinct to feed my children was hit pretty hard and I was scared, until I walked into my food store today and saw piles and piles of fresh food, tons of fish, toilet paper, canned goods and MOST importantly KIND and COURTEOUS people. I don’t have answers, and I don’t want to hear theories or projections. All I care about and can do is the next right thing (thank you Frozen 2). P.S. Stocks are on sale. Stay safe. Be kind.
