“ABC Photography said they’d give us 10% off your price if we booked with them right away.” YUP! I’ve had clients tell me that. That’s shady selling right there! . Ever find out about a photographer consistently under cutting other photographers to book work? So not cool. But the best answer is to never compete on price. There’s always someone who will do it for cheaper, but there’s rarely someone who will do it better and do it like you can. .
