A rustic wooden treehouse is perched on a cliff overlooking a breathtaking seascape at sunset. The treehouse has a thatched roof and a small balcony with a wooden ladder leading up to it. From the balcony, a person can take in the stunning view of jagged rock formations jutting out of the turquoise waters, with the sun casting a warm glow over the scene. Lush tropical foliage surrounds the treehouse, adding to the secluded and peaceful ambiance. This picturesque setting is located on Nusa Penida, a small island off the coast of Bali, Indonesia.

Treehouse with Stunning Ocean View in Nusa Penida

• Rumah Pohon, simply meaning “Tree House” in Indonesian, is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. We booked it on Air BnB and then later discovered what a famous spot it is on Nusa Penida, a small island just off the coast of Bali. • • The journey here from west Nusa Penida where the majority of the action is, took us around an hour and a half on a scooter. Take the north coastal road and not the one through the middle of the island, although longer, the north road is a good quality road and the coastal ride is beaut 👌🏻 • • Make sure you book well in advance as there are only three treehouses here, and the one we stayed in, pictured here, definitely has the best view! You can pay to go down there to see the view and take a picture, something we realised when at 6am people started climbing our stairs for this money shot 😄🙈 • • • • #sunrise🌅
