Sunset in Santorini

» 𝒮𝒶𝓃𝓉𝑜𝓇𝒾𝓃𝒾 𝓈𝓊𝓃𝓈𝑒𝓉𝓈 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝓂𝓎 𝑔𝓊𝓎𝓈 😍 Apparently the sunsets are so awesome here because of all the sulphur in the air. “Nea Kameni” is the volcanic island in the middle of the caldera (swipe to the last picture to see it in the background) which has lots of active sulphur vents. Something about the molecules displacing light to make it more purple / orange 🤷🏼‍♀️ Fortunately it doesn’t stink like you’d expect a sky full of sulphur to!
