Leo now knows that flying means he gets to choose a magazine (weve tried taking cheap ones from home - doesnt have the same effect unfortunately!), he gets to play for hours with our undivided atrention, he can have all the snacks he wants… Its become something he looks forward to, so he goes into it excited and happy.
