Flight Cancellations: What to Do

So many of you are getting affected by flight cancellations - here are a few things you need to know ✨ Recently a follower of ours messaged us to let us know that their bargain Japan flights had been cancelled (we posted about these flights last year as we had booked them ourselves and lots of you did the same - £300 return to Japan needed to be shouted about 🇯🇵). This led us to go and check on ours, and low and behold, they were cancelled too. We hadn’t received an email about this (not that we had seen anyway) - so what did we do? The option online was to get a refund or a voucher - but we wanted our cheap trip to Japan! So after 3 days of trying to contact the airline, we were able to get put into another flight - 3 days later. This was fine for us as the trip is a month long. But it highlights the need to keep an eye on your booking, and if you want another flights, speak directly to the airline.
