Family of Five Returns After Adoption

....and we're BACK! Yes, I've been conspicuously absent from your feed for a looong time (in doggy and digital years). Sorry about that.. but hey, you probably enjoyed the break from me too, right? ;) After an intentional and wonderful 5 months away from my social soapbox (w/ the exception of a random post from Six Flags; my thumbs needed something to do while waiting in line), it's good to be back. Instagram is the only social medium I actually ENJOY, so get ready for good times ahead here! The reason for my absence? This photo says it all. We are now a family of 5!!!!! We adopted and brought home our little Leo from China all those months ago, and it really feels like he's been with is forever. Geez.. I'm turning into such a sap, literally starting to cry as I write this. These have been challenging days, but the happiest days in our family's life. The time away to focus on what matters most was important. And guess what: even almost half a year of Instagram absence didn't sink our business ship. It's growing like never before, we're finally in a place of balance and such peace, and we can't wait to share that holistic approach with 10 other photographers attending our intimate, perspective-changing @come_unity workshop next week! We've been excited about this for a long while. Even if you aren't attending #ComeUnity2016, we've got exciting news about how you and we can connect in a REAL GAME-CHANGING WAY in the next few days. Hard to stay quiet about this, so I'll just say it rhymes with "Hurn Fit Dup." Ok, silly clue.. but it's gonna be awesome. So stay tuned.
