Second Chance Ohana

Quick flips- if you've never heard the term, the thought process is simple. Buy low, sell high. My mom found these killer orange chairs on Craigslist for $40, they had been listed for 4 months. We cleaned them up, ripped off the skirts (thanks for the tip, @furnitureflippingteacher), staged them and sold them for $300. We had 15 inquiries in the first 2 hours. I didn't realize how desirable this color and style was. We probably could have sold them for $350. I also thought we'd be able to find tons of these for sale for cheap, but apparently we aren't the only ones who follow Lauren. We haven't seen a cheap pair of chairs like these since. But keep your eyes peeled for cute MCM chairs like these and any other great deals that could turn into quick, profitable flips. Not all furniture flips need to take hours of labor and gallons of paint!⠀ ⠀
