Young Baker's Homemade Carrot Cake

Thanksfil for big kids who are determined (aka stubborn ;) ) and plow through making her first two layer cake on her own despite some setbacks. I have carrot cake galore... neighbors need to come get some! It took her about six hours I think... and yes, I count that as learning!
