Visiting the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina

Don’t say I didn’t warn you. 🌸🏰🌳 But if you take aMom to the Biltmore in winter, She’ll want to go back in spring. And when she sees Asheville in fall, She’ll want to go back again. (Cool kids see what I did there. 🤓) Did you know the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina is… 🌟America’s largest privately owned house and 🌟The 5th largest house in the world? And I just read that a Dale Chihuily exhibit starts in March - now I have to go back for that! 👀See? 👉Neverending cycle. 🔹Go see the 175,00 square feet spread over 4 stories 🔹Wander the 75 acres of gardens and woodlands 🔹Explore the amazing conservatory - so lovely in winter! 🔹Marvel at the bowling alley, indoor pool, and downstairs servant quarters - so Downton Abbey 🔹Admire the French Renaissance architectural details complete with gargoyles Not to mention, our January 2021 trip included masks and empty outdoor gardens. I need to see some spring plantings. Now, who is going to pay for it… Kinda $$$. 💰 Seriously though, make a weekend exploring Asheville and it’s walkable downtown full of amazing food. ✅But make sure you save a day for the Vanderbilt mansion. 👉Tell me below what famous American house should be on my list Because I obviously have a lot of money to spend on tours. 🤣 Don’t forget you get bonus life points for dropping a 🤓 below for my children’s list reference. Cool kids unite!😁😁 . . . .
