Top Tips for ZOO ATLANTA Visit
Let’s go to ZOO ATLANTA! My top tips for your Atlanta vacation.
🐼Head for the pandas! There are only a few zoos in the US with pandas, so don’t pass up this one.
🦍Leave time to hang with the gorillas. This gorilla family is our zoo favorite - they have so much personality. Watch the baby climb on mom, and laugh as the teenagers wrestle. We have quite a few stories to tell!
🐐Play with (I mean pet 😏 ) the goats at the petting zoo.
🐀Crawl through the Naked Mole Rat tunnels. It’s a favorite for all kids.
🐘Elephants and lions and giraffes. The Africa area is newly redesigned, and you can hear the lions roar from a distance!
🐢Look for the snakes, turtles, and reptiles hiding in their exhibits at the Scaly Slimy Spectacular.
🛝Hang out at the entrance playground, and let those kids get out some energy.
🦜Get up close with the free-flying birds in the enclosed aviary.
🚂Get fun Mom points with the carousel, train, or climbing wall for your littles.
🐒Pack your picnic and eat while watching some lemurs and monkeys! Snacks are welcome throughout this zoo.
🤩In just two visits, you can pay for your family membership to this zoo!
Forget that silly science curriculum you think your elementary kid needs, and supplement with this real world learning.
👉My top tip:
👉KEEP GOING BACK.
Family zoo trips have been one of our favorites for a decade. We have special stories to tell about each of our animal friends!

💾Save this and add the Atlanta Zoo to your Georgia road trip. After all, you just never know when our borrowed pandas might have to go back to China!
