The Momentary: Immersive Art Experience in Bentonville
Northwest Arkansas has another amazing place… but no one talks about it! Meet the Momentary. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It’s an art gallery connected with Bentonville’s amazing Crystal Bridges. With rotating artist exhibits, you have to keep going back to see what they have happening.
Currently they have two definitely unique artists. Yvette Mayorga “pink frosted style” will definitely get your kids talking - or questioning. 😅 While Firelei Báez’s “sculptural installation” brings the Caribbean into history with towering architectural elements and an underwater theme. It might just make them act like… kids. 😃
Built into the old Kraft Cheese factory, the Momentary has renovated the building while holding part of its historic purpose. It’s not only another amazing free Bentonville museum, it’s a gathering place for concerts, performances, and festivals.
🔹Did I mention FREE?
🔹And art exposure.
🔹And a cool building to wander.
👉Check out @themomentary.
This is a smaller museum, but it’s a great way to get your reluctant kids to see some art that’s not as stuffy as a traditional museum. They might even manage to enjoy themselves - even if they don’t admit it. 😉
