The Joys and Challenges of Homeschooling

Together is hard. Let’s be honest. . I am so thankful and love that we get to spend 95% of our days together. That we gather for meals and learning and games and life. To me, those relationships are a major reason to homeschool. . However, being together that much leads to conflict. And arguments. And ugly words. And hurt feelings. Every. Stinkin’. Day. . So I have to step back and remember the why and push through. If they didn’t have each other and weren’t together, none of that would be possible. Right? . You’re not alone if you have battles everyday and your life isn’t sepia tones of nature and happy, perfect family. Let’s be thankful for the blessing that it is. . . Day 1 Together @wilkinsonnest
