The Joy of Reading

I caught her trying to take the book upstairs for bed. We have listened to this series In the car and found the next book at the library. She's devouring it. I watched her eyes move... She so pretty fast! This is the kid who would groan with magic tree house etc. I guess she needed more challenge? She's carried it everywhere. Car. Supper. Chose it tonight over playing outside. Here's to the land of stories. You convinced my kid reading is fun... I know this bc she thanked God for letting her see the fun in her prayer the first night she brought the book home. So thankful for homeschooling so she can just sit and read instead of silly old school. Feeding the passion! ;)
