Recreated Ships at Living History Museum
The recreated ships were my favorite part of Jamestown Settlement, the reconstructed living history museum of Jamestown. We were able to go aboard the Susan Constant, ask questions, and see some of the quarters.

The staff said the crowd is about half of what it is this time of year. The parking lot was practically empty when we got there - no sadness on our part over that.

Inside, we took our time looking at all the marine paintings they have on exhibit and picked out our favorites. Gotta love some hidden art appreciation ;)

We also watched the two movies but then rushed outside. With our one week pass, we will come back another day to do the rest.
