Quality Time Over Board Games

Three times in one day. That’s my current record for playing the new game with a kid. Especially this kid. . . Something about dice games. I knew he would like it. Maybe it’s the manipulative or dice colors or clattering. . . That’s Pretty Clever is the current game obsession. Think Yahtzee meets Quixx. Each round involves 3 rolls of each person. Then you have to figure out which dice to pick and where you want to put the points. It took two games to truly figure out the rules. . . But we do love games where you just open the box and go. No setting up tiles! And it was only $15. Small. Portable. Fits all my criteria ;)
