Natural Science Museum Energy Hall

Well, it wasn’t nature but it got us out of the house. #naturalsciencemuseum of Houston with the new Energy hall is impressive- complete with robotic arms to navigate an underwater submarine for drilling, Houston city replica, ride discussing fracking and drilling, sonar pings for depth calculation... we came home full of narrative reports back for Dad. And so many good questions. And all the pendulums And trains and wildlife (stuffed) to sketch in journals and everything that we see all the time ;). And the joy of knowing we don’t have to see it all today because we always go back. Oh the blessing of big town life where the kids don’t know how good they have it with all this so close to home. School is back in session! Museum memberships are the best curriculum out there.
