Museum of Osteology: An Immersive Skeletal Exhibit

Bones? A whole museum of bones. The only one in America sits in Oklahoma City and was definitely a great 1.5 hours. This started with a kid and a science fair project and a home collection - and now they have more than 450 animal skeletons amazingly displayed along this large two story room. They are arranged by animal family which leads to great comparisons. Everyone needs travel friends who can discussed animal families and classes with you 😉 I wish I’d had a giant taxonomy chart to look at - nerd 🤓. Admire the whale soaring over head. Touch the elephant. Stand under the giraffe. Take a selfie with a bear. So much learning done at the Museum of Osteology.
