Leaving the Rat Race: Finding Balance as a Stay-at-Home Mom

Life can change. You have to take the leap.šŸ‘šŸ» Ten years ago Iā€¦ Was a full-time working mom. Paid $$$ for daycare for three kids. Sent newborns to daycare. Sent two to preschool. Sent my oldest to public kindergarten. šŸ˜”I never questioned it. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøI didnā€™t know I should. After baby #4, we looked at the cost of the extra $1000 for a newborn at day care. Per month. And started reevaluating life. I became a part-time physician assistant before moving to Georgia. And now Iā€™ve been a stay at home mom for five years. I donā€™t know how I ever did that stressful, full-time busy mom life. And sadly, my oldest threeā€™s little lives were a blur because of it. šŸ”¹I know that stay-at-home life isnā€™t possible for everyone. šŸ”¹Or homeschool. šŸ”¹Or public school. šŸ”¹Or or orā€¦ Everyoneā€™s life situation is different.
