Learning History at a Museum

You might be a homeschooler if... you lay down at the museum to do your Junior Ranger Badge ;). I did make her get up. . . Roanoke. Croatoa. Sir Walter Raleigh. Lost Colony. Adding words to their vocabulary at Fort Raleigh National Historic Site. It was also and Underground Railroad stop and a site of a Civil War battle. Who knew? . The visitor center was open but the play wasn’t being performed. Better than nothing. Now we have to go back and watch the Expedition Unknown where Josh performs in the play —- one of our favorite learning shows!
