The surrounding area features lush green trees and a grassy park setting. The image exudes a sense of carefree fun and the simple pleasures of summertime.

Kids' Summertime Splash Pad Fun

Kids these days... šŸ˜„ If they could go back to our childhoods and know that giant buckets werenā€™t suspended above our heads or that there werenā€™t splash pads or that playgrounds had metal bars for climbing on šŸ¤£ . . I feel like such an old fart saying things like that!! Will our grandkids play on hoverboard structures or what? . . Thankful for friends - both the adult and kid version - who gather for fun and talk and giggles and water. Where the four year old plays kickball with the 13 year old. Hereā€™s to simple play dates where I park my butt at the park, announce the day, and see who wants to join. . . We all need people. Especially ā€œour peopleā€ who love and affirm and encourage and care. Waaay more important than that extra math lesson or cleaning the house! . . Are there splash pads all over or is this just a southern US thing where itā€™s so hot? Maybe Iā€™m just assuming...
