Reclaiming Wonders
The image depicts a large, imposing lion statue situated in an urban area. The lion's head and mane are sculpted in exquisite detail, capturing the majestic and fierce nature of the beast. The statue's dark gray color adds to its powerful and commanding presence. In the foreground, four young children are seated at the base of the statue, their faces beaming with joy and wonder. Two of the children are wearing blue raincoats, while another is dressed in a green jacket. Their carefree expressions and playful demeanor create a delightful contrast with the imposing lion sculpture, adding a sense of innocence and whimsy to the scene.

Kids Ready for Another Adventure

#wanderlustwednesday I told the kids to bring me four days of clothes to pack for our Thanksgiving adventure. Returning thirty minutes later, I found that they had all located their U.K. suitcases out of the closet and packed them on their own. Ready to go without me helping for the most part. I have no idea what the big kids packed now that I think about it! Oops. And that’s when it hit me that we haven’t gone anywhere overnight since we got home at the end of summer. That’s a long time for these kids who went months always on the move. And now they are packing pros! With an apparent wanderlust like their parents.
