Imaginative Playground in a Forested Wonderland

Impressive, right? My kids barely touched it. What did they do? Jump from stump to stump on their imaginary quest. Gather seed balls for ammo. Wade through the creek barefoot. And be together. I love that play areas are using the natural elements kids love! . . Playgrounds continue to amaze me. Remember when it used to be exciting to go to the top of the outdoor Ronald McDonald rocket ship and that was high? 😂 These kids just don’t know how good they have it. . . I think we found our new favorite Atlanta area park @dunwoodynaturecenter So many different areas to explore. Multiple play parks and climbing structures. Boardwalk. Hammocks. Picnic tables. Paths through the woods. Wandering stream and boulders to climb. A piano for my kid to play 😍 . . I’m going back. It’s shaded and keeps the hot summer away. Local friends, I’m scheming and taking you for an epic day of kid fun. . . And this north Texas girl still hasn’t gotten used to all these Georgia trees!
