Reclaiming Wonders
A group of children and adults are standing in front of a large, fully decorated Christmas tree in what appears to be a museum or educational facility. The children range in age from young elementary school to pre-teen, and they are wearing a variety of casual clothing, including t-shirts, hoodies, and jeans. Some of the children and adults are wearing face masks, likely due to COVID-19 precautions. The group seems to be on a field trip or outing, as mentioned in the provided context. The setting exudes a sense of holiday cheer and educational exploration.

Homeschool Field Trip

Homeschool perk #3,657: Field trips still exist when you’re the boss! ;). And the museums will be empty. . . We had Fernbank mostly to ourselves and were able to explore with buddies. And yes, it seems my kids are trained to de-mask for pictures. I see the irony. We did try to keep apart the rest of the day... Kinda... . . So thankful for our extended homeschool family (and wish we had gotten everyone else in the picture before they left!).
