Homemade Pretzel Success

“I can do it. I don’t need help...” as he randomly decided to make homemade pretzels because Guy Fieri made them on DDD last night and Coop had never had them! . . So 10 hours later we finished. He did need a bit of help but stuck with it more than I expected. Sure wouldn’t want to show him how to separate an egg. That was fun watching him figure that out ;) . . So here’s a reason to keep real cookbooks around. And why watching cooking show totally counts as educational viewing! This kid has figured out how to get things done himself. . . Kinda reminds me of his stubborn father who called me at work one Saturday because he got tired of waiting for me to make him homemade cinnamon rolls ;)
