Historic Spanish Tall Ship Docked in Modern Harbor
Take the time to follow the masts you see at the harbor. You just never know when the world’s third-largest tall ship might be docked for the day.
.
This 1927 tall ship is part of the Spanish navy and has the record for more than two million miles around the globe. Named after Magellan’s ship captain who first circumnavigated the world in 1522, the Juan Sebastian Elcano is out for the 500th anniversary of that voyage.

This fun surprise would have been better if they’d invited us on 😉
