Hiking Adventures and Mistaken Identity
It occurred to me that I might just look homeless. 🙂
After trekking 2.5 miles into my town, I sat down at the park at the old home ruins with my giant backpack. And had a snack.
I saw the funny looks as people glanced my way while walking their dogs and it occurred to me… I might glance my way too. Because who else is carrying their full sized hiking bag and hanging out at the downtown park. 😂
I’ve been busy!
Thursday - 3 mile hike with kids and friends.
Friday - Walked 2 miles around the neighborhood.
Saturday - 7 AM hike with hiking girls.
Sunday - My downtown hike. Alone.
Monday - Total bum.
Tuesday - Kayaking!
Wednesday - Service projects with kids.
Today - Headed out on a nature hike with friends!
This get-in-better-shape plan sure is a lot. I’m much better at sitting! It’s my specialty. 😂
Don’t be afraid of me.
Better yet, don’t be afraid of homeless people. ❤️
For the record..
Still loving my @orthofeet1 hiking boots that don’t hurt my feet!
This @gregorypacks has been so amazing to carry.
And my @wiseowloutfitters cloth has become a staple on my bag.
❓Who is this wild and free woman?! Three weeks to go and then you’ll find me overnight hiking!👏🏻🥾🏕️
