Family Visit to Warhol and Marisol Exhibition

As one of my kids said, “They aren’t really even very good.” 😂 . Andy Warhol it seems had a friend artist named Marisol. He was weird. She was weirder… and forgotten over time. Now we’ve seen her bizarre wooden portraits. . At least if my kids can pick out giant pigs and technicolor portraits and soup cans, maybe that’s enough for modern art appreciation? Warhol. Okay. Other modern artists? Ug. . Free reciprocity at the Perez Museum of Art in Miami. At least it didn’t cost us anything 🤓
