Family Beach Day on Florida's Treasure Coast

Am I the only one? Kids hear “beach” and they care nothing about anything else. I don’t know how many times today I had to tell them not yet... Again and again... . . These Treasure Coast waters are so much more colorful than I figured. It’s looking Caribbean and I was expecting dark Georgia coast. Nice surprise! . . It was a happy accident that I pulled over at Ponce de Leon’s landing site more than 500 years ago. They were less than impressed, but maybe I at least put up a peg to hang more info on later.
