Reclaiming Wonders
A peaceful and picturesque scene of a small river or stream winding its way through a lush, green forest. The water is crystal clear, revealing a rocky bottom with shades of amber and teal. Sunlight filters through the dense canopy of trees, casting dappled shadows on the banks. A group of people, likely a family, can be seen standing on the rocky shore, admiring the natural beauty of their surroundings. Some are wading in the shallow waters, while others appear to be cautiously keeping their distance, perhaps due to the presence of snakes, as mentioned in the accompanying text.

Family Adventure with Snakes at Snake Park

Adventuring in #athensgeorgia to have our quarterly #raisingcanes fix - the only one in Georgia! The kids get a little frustrated that sometimes when Mom looks up a “park”, it ends up without a playground. This one had a river and rocks and a baby copperhead... and two full sized copperheads... and a Daddy to keep them a safe distance away. Initially excited with “A whole year here and we finally see our first cooper head!”, it later changed to “We’re never coming back here again!” Forever dubbed Snake Park, maybe we will come again in cooler weather. Daddy doesn’t usually get to go exploring with us. We day trip during the week and rest on the weekend when places are busier. We need to work on changing that!
