Buc-ee's Road Trip Stop in Texas

Are you in team Buc-ees or team “it’s just a gas station”? . Several days ago I decided to make a spontaneous trip from Georgia to Texas to see my parents. And luckily for us, Buc-ees and its cheaper gas has spread out along I-20. So we stopped at a couple 😂 . For us, it’s pretty much like having a little bit of Texas in Georgia, and one of my kids might just enjoy being called Beaver Boy because there was a time he wore his shirt way too often 😂 . And it’s the only place to get kolaches in the state of Georgia (but they aren’t the best ever). Better than nothing though. . So stop off. Get some good ice to chew and keep you awake. Use the gigantic potty. Maybe grab some bbq and homemade chips. But definitely don’t skip out on the always-working Icee machines for a Dr. Pepper Icee. . Simple joys. 🥳🥳🥳
