Ancient Oak at The Cummer Museum Gardens

In downtown Jacksonville, there is a lovely museum whose gardens are shaded by an amazing oak whose branches dip down into the ground and come back up. It’s so much better in real life. . The Cummer Museum in Jacksonville, Florida - some familiar names with Warhol, Rockwell, Sargeant… lots of classical and then the giant fly black circle. A bit for everyone —- although I don’t know who that is for 😂 . I love walking in to a museum and declaring I have a reciprocal membership. Free. Bam! Simple joys. . Note: why do the kids always immediately complain when I saw we have a stop? Just shut your mouth, and don’t let me know you enjoy it. Ug. It’s not just your kids who complain 🤓
