Ancient Oak at The Cummer Museum Gardens
In downtown Jacksonville, there is a lovely museum whose gardens are shaded by an amazing oak whose branches dip down into the ground and come back up. It’s so much better in real life.

The Cummer Museum in Jacksonville, Florida - some familiar names with Warhol, Rockwell, Sargeant… lots of classical and then the giant fly black circle. A bit for everyone —- although I don’t know who that is for 😂
.
I love walking in to a museum and declaring I have a reciprocal membership. Free. Bam! Simple joys.

Note: why do the kids always immediately complain when I saw we have a stop? Just shut your mouth, and don’t let me know you enjoy it. Ug. It’s not just your kids who complain 🤓
