<<Film Friday>> I love how serene Film photos look I have had a major -serenity building- after some rly hard life stuff and I feel like these photos really match the vibe this week here’s what I’ve been up to: ✨lots of rest ✨time & communication with family & close friends ✨therapy ✨qi gong, walking & a little exercise when I had energy ✨lymphatic massage ✨connecting more with my partner hope you’ve made it a great week and if you’re struggling or just getting by, you’re not alone.
