Glorious Colorado Fall Aspens

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… While summer is undeniably my favorite season - the yellow Aspen’s are by far my favorite scene in Colorado. If the yellow Aspens and 70 degree days lasted more than 10 days, fall as a whole might be my favorite season but mannn does it go quick. If you’re planning a trip to Colorado next year just know that the leaves can peak in various places of the state from mid-September through mid-October. Looking back, I have peak photos in Vail September 14th and this year it was more like September 30th! My best suggestion is to get a place up in the mountains like Breckenridge or Vail the 3rd or 4th week of September, and be wiling to drive as far as Crested Butte just in case the peak is early. But going during week 3, you’re almost guaranteed to catch them at peak *somehwere* Very thankful to have caught yet enough Colorado fall in all of its glory 🍂 Are you planning on coming to Colorado next fall??
