An Unforgettable Year of Friendship

A post for @through.the.llyns ✨❤️ It’s official, Chas and I no longer live together. We spent basically 24/7 with each other for the last year making memories all over the world but mostly inside the four walls of her house. Here’s a little breakdown of each slide 👇🏻 1. Kicking of my 30th birthday trip in Hawaii 2. The start of an era of bad luck for both of us after flipping a kayak 3. I stole Brad’s (Chas’ husband) half of the Halloween costume 4. Beifong deciding eyes or not eyes he was gonna climb anything, including me, like it’s a tree 5. We put on our own concert on the streets of Vegas singing Stephen Sanchez 6. Mocktails, cuddles with all the animals, and loads of reality TV is basically our DNA 7. We thought road tripping Western Australia would be easy breezy but turns out a broken A/C and a million other issues were on our bingo card 8. Kusa looks sweet but he is chaotic evil 9. Zuko’s actual name is Stinky 10. Our final adventure as roomies was a cross country road trip to surprise Brad after his training with all 7 pets. I could not be more grateful for the belly laughs, tears, endless hours talking about the animals, taking care of and loving each of the animals, obsessions with Stephen Sanchez and Hozier, reading romantasy, saying we’ll leave the house and then not leaving for 10 days at a time, adventures close to home and halfway around the world, and everything in between and beyond. Making friends as an adult is tough but when you do they just hit different. Thanks for asking me to be your roomie for the last year Chas. It’s a year I’ll never forget ❤️✨
