Traveling with Medication Kits

How prepared are you for emergency situations while traveling? A D (Save this post for the next time you are preparing for a trip) If you didn’t already know, I’m clumsy. I can’t tell you how many bruises I have already from the silliest things on this trip. I honestly don’t know how I haven’t ended up in a severe medical situation while traveling (*knock on wood*) but I know I inevitably will. I recently added @jasemedical Jase Case to my packing list for those situations that result in more than just a bruise or a simple cold and it has already added such a huge relief on my adventures. After a consultation from board certified physicians I was sent 5 antibiotics to carry with me anywhere! Of course there are doctors offices and hospitals all over the world but getting care efficiently or even at all is not always guaranteed and taking this extra precaution was a no brainer!
