Yes, those are the technical terms 🤪 First things is first, don't over think posing and keep moving. Even with option 2, move move move! 💁🏼♀️ Flipping your hair is obvious movement but don't forget to move other parts of your body too. 🫂Sitting for a pose is an easy place to start but don't get locked up. Hug one leg, switch legs, rest your arms on top of your knees and keep moving. 🦶🏻This one you can treat a little like dancing or twirling to master the movement orrrr pretend like you're on a balance beam walking on your toes and kicking your feet out with each step.
