Sunflower Field at Waimanalo Country Farms

Are you a sunflower field enthusiast? (Save this post for your Oahu travel planning and share it with your travel pals!) For some reason, I always push off botanic gardens and fields of flowers as something that is a little lackluster for me, and then I visit one and think 'why don't I consciously love this?!?!' @waimanalocountryfarms was not even something on my radar when planning my trip to Oahu and then it started popping everywhere and I was like okay okay I've got to go. Little did I know how much I was going to love this farm! The farm animals throughout the property both behind fences and running through the rows of sunflowers made me feel like I was at home and I didn't even grow up on a farm. The rows of sunflowers are perfect and vary in direction for a fun adventure with the kiddos or for a variety of backdrops in your photos. The BEST part for me though was the lemonade at the end! If you watched my stories while I was there or checked out my first vlog from Hawaii on YouTube, you saw me raaaving about this lemonade. It is hands down THE BEST lemonade I have ever had! So much so that I went back a few more times just to grab another jar of that deliciousness. And on top of all of that, by visiting this place you get to support a local business!! Where is someplace that you have stumbled upon in your travels that you didn't plan to visit, but blew your mind or filled your heart? Also, keep your eyes on my stories today! I need your opinions on a few things so there will be a voting party at some point!
