Iceland's Black Sand Beach Silhouette

Raise your hand if you’d rather be in Iceland on a black sand beach starting your Monday off with a fresh ocean breeze to the face 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ This weekend I edited all my travel photos, hiked through some epic Colorado fall foliage, went to a pumpkin patch, ran some errands, and binged Squid Game. Just kidding! The ONLY thing I did on the list was binge Squid Game. Did I intend on doing some of those other things? Sure, but I think I really needed a weekend to do absolutely nothing so that’s exactly what I did. It’s ok to check out from social media, social plans, errands, and really any adult responsibilities every once in awhile. We all need it and maybe it can’t be for a whole weekend but even five minutes of saying ‘no I need this for me’ is sometimes all you need to feel like a whole new person.
