Finding Friendship Through Social Media

IG is the greatest friend dating app! Agree or disagree? I read some version of this for years until I started sending random dm’s to the people I loved following in response to posts as if I knew them my whole life. To my surprise they always respond as if we HAVE known each other our whole lives. And then I started meeting people from this app and to my surprise, again, they have all been exactly who they presented themselves to be and much more! And now I’m to the point where I am meeting these beautiful people and I can’t remember how I found their account or how we started talking and neither can they! That’s exactly what happened with @crosbygracetravels but we didn’t care one bit! We started her trip through Colorado with a giant hug and ended it screaming I LOVE YOU at the airport as she headed back to Florida. If you’re feeling alone or looking for a life change but the people around you don’t understand, know that their are people in the world feeling the same way and looking for you!
